AFM's Vision
Our vision is God-glorifying, Spirit-enabled, and Jesus-centered movement. We see the 25 largest, least evangelized peoples rushing to worship before the throne of the Lamb (Rev 7:9). Our vision is of people from the 25 largest, least evangelized groups with many different skin colors—black, brown, yellow, and white—praying, confessing, weeping, rejoicing, and praising as, together, they witness the Holy Spirit establish vibrant fellowships amongst other least evangelized peoples. Different parts of the body of Christ provide different resources to further the Great Commission.
In the midst of the presence of God Himself, we hear lively music, dance and cultural expressions of Jesus Christ through new worshipping, evangelizing communities in Africa, Arabica and Asia. We hear of divine dreams, healings, and miracles as the Holy Spirit is poured out in power amongst nomadic, semi-nomadic, and established ethnic groups. We hear of families and teams of churches working together to multiply the harvest amongst peoples who have never tasted that the Lord is good.
For some, this involves persecution and martyrdom. For others, this requires sacrifice and perseverance. For all, both in the Global South and Global north, there is a joyful obedience to the Great Commission. Together, as equal partners, they mobilize, strategize, empower and advance God’s plan for the least evangelized peoples on earth.
